The Sochaux site has chosen to digitize several essential on-the-job training programs for the production line.
The primary goal was to allow new employees, often unfamiliar with industrial environments, to become acquainted with their workplace more quickly—even before physically being on-site.
Key benefits include cutting training time in half, reducing quality defects, and minimizing line interruptions caused by these defects. Additionally, trainees gain confidence and feel less apprehensive about their future tasks thanks to VR.
