Reversibility

In the event of a contract termination, Uptale will assist the Customer with getting back extracts of its owned data, including :

• User-input Media files included in the created Uptale Experiences under the Customer Workspaces: 360-degree videos, 360-degree images, 2D Videos, 2D Images, Sounds, Slideshows and 3D Objects
• Texts within these Uptale Experiences in CSV or Excel format
• Usage data of its users on the platform, in an open format, like flat text files, CSVs, Excel files, JSON,..
• A representation of current Users’ information and associated Roles and Rights on the Uptale platform, in an open format, like flat text files, CSVs, Excel files, JSON,..
